    Andy Albert and Jordan Reynolds. Smyers, Albert and Reynolds also wrote the Good Things tracks "Lying" and "One Direction," along with Dan Smyers.

    Nashville hitmaker Ashley Gorley. The co-writer of numerous #1 Country singles, Gorley's other Dan + Shay collaborations include "Nothin' Like You," and "Good Things."
  • The four songwriters penned "Steal My Love" on Zoom. "We came up with this melody and this hook and it felt really good," Smyers told Audacy's Katie Neal. "We couldn't stop listening to it. When those drums hit in that chorus, makes you feel incredible."
  • Dan + Shay released the song as the fourth single from Good Things. They chose "Steal My Love" after seeking the opinion of Warner Music Nashville president John Esposito. "We played the song for him [and] first chorus, he's out of his chair, fully dancing," Smyers said.
  • Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney are the lead vocalists. Smyers also played the synthesizer and some of the acoustic guitar, drums, and piano. The rest of the instrumentation is by:
