Songfacts®:

  • Dieth is a rock band comprising former Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, Swedish guitarist/vocalist Guilherme Miranda (formerly of Entombed A.D.) and drummer Michal Lysejko (ex-Decapitated). They recorded this song for their debut album, To Hell And Back.
  • David Ellefson steps into uncharted territory with his first-ever solo lead vocal performance on this heartfelt anthem. "Walk With Me Forever" delves into the profound pain of losing a cherished soul while finding solace and strength in their memory.

"We've all experienced loss and grief at some point in our life, and this song expresses that feeling as well as the gratitude we find when accepting, letting go and carrying the beauty of that person's life with us as we move on," said Ellefson.
  • David Ellefson takes on the role of a narrator in the video, weaving a tale of love and loss. Polish photographer Oskar Szramka directed the visual, which stars the notable Polish actors Jan Napieralski and Agnieszka Gozdziewicz.
  • Dieth recorded To Hell and Back at Zed Studios in Poland. The album was produced by the band and mixed and mastered by Tomasz Zed Zalewski. It represents new beginnings - musically, lyrically and for the band members themselves.
