This song was released on November 12, 2012 as the first single from the Welsh Post-Hardcore band Funeral for a Friend's sixth album, Conduit. Bassist Richard Boucher told Alternative Press magazine why this was chosen to lead the set: "This is the track that probably best represents the sound of the album," he said. "It has all the other aspects of the other tracks in one. Fast-paced, aggressive, and catchy with some tasty guitar riffs."
The Four Tops' "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)" was written by the Motown team of Lamont Dozier, Brian Holland and Eddie Holland. The phrase "Sugar pie, honey bunch" was something Dozier's grandfather used to say when he was a kid.
His keyboard work helped define the Muscle Shoals sound and make him an integral part of many Neil Young recordings. Spooner is also an accomplished songwriter, whose hits include "I'm Your Puppet" and "Cry Like A Baby."
