  • This song was written in Green Day's early days and was intended for their 1994 album Dookie. The band didn't like the sound of it at the time, but a demo version leaked out and the band started hearing from fans who liked the song, so they decided to include it as one of the 18 tracks on their 1997 album Nimrod.

  • Taylor from Brooklyn, NyI feel the same way about this guy I REALLY REALLY like, Chris. I don't know if he likes me or not because my friend told me he thinks I'm annoying, and then on the day of my birthday party he gave me like a hug from the side. SO CONFUSING! O_o
  • Tanya from London, United StatesYou should tell her Chris. Only live once remember. Tell her or you'll never know. I'm in the same situation with a guy. I've made it my new years resolution to tell him lol
  • Chris from Mission Viejo, CaWhenever I listen to this song it reminds me of a I really, really like...but I havent asked her out because I get bad vibes that she doesnt like me at all.

The line "this has gone far away, now she's gone" kinda chokes me up because I wonder if this will ever leave without knowing how I feel.
