Songfacts®:

  • "Change Your Life" was released in the UK as the third single from Iggy Azalea's The New Classic album. The song was produced by The Messengers (Christina Aguilera, Chris Brown, Pitbull) and features a verse from Atlanta rapper T.I. The track was premiered by BBC Radio 1Xtra's MistaJam, on August 19, 2013.

Azalea's label waited a little longer to introduce her to America, where her first single was "Fancy" in 2014.
  • The song's music video was overseen by the French directing duo of Jonas and Francois, who were also responsible for Iggy's "Work" clip, and filmed in Las Vegas. It finds Iggy playing the showgirl Nomi, while T.I. portrays the owner of the Revue Bar where she works and is also her love interest. Some of the scenes were filmed in the house from the movie Casino. Others were shot inside and outside Cheetahs - the famous lap dancing club where the movie Show Girls was shot.
