Songfacts®:

  • This uptempo number is the fourth single from Texas country artist Jack Ingram's eighth studio album, Big Dreams & High Hopes. Jay Knowles and Trent Summar penned the song. The duo previously penned Ingram's 2006 hit single, "Love You."
  • The song is about embracing the non-material things in life. Ingram said: "The lyrical content is obviously what's on everybody's mind these days. What's important is all the stuff you don't have to pay for... they're the sights and sounds that make you forget all your problems. And musically, it just feels like a good day coming on." He added: "And musically, it just feels like a good day comin' on. It makes you want to go outside and take a big ol' breath of fresh air."
