  • A track from the B-52s belter Kate Pierson's first solo album, this song tells the story of a boy who overcomes gender dysphoria to become a fabulous woman. Said Pierson: "Mister Sister" is about the power of transformation and the joy of being accepted for yourself, but more importantly the joy of self acceptance."
  • A lyric video was released in December 2014 (two months before the album) starring Fred Armisen of Saturday Night Live and Portlandia fame. The clip is one continuos shot of Armisen at a desk gesticulating with gloved hands as the words appear.
