Songfacts®:

  • The title of this upbeat banger references the Futsal Shuffle dance. Uzi introduced the moves to the world in early December 2019 and it quickly became a popular challenge across social media.

The song itself has nothing to do with dancing. Rather, it finds Lil Uzi Vert delivering braggadocio lines about how other people are copying his fashion sense.

That girl, she got with my clone
I told that lil' girl that she gotta just do better

He also flexes bars about his wealth, designer labels, and allure to women, along with assorted threats to shoot down his enemies if provoked. In other words, the usual topics contained in Uzi's rhymes.
  • The song kicks off with a sample of Tyler, the Creator taken from a live performance of his "Boredom" during his 2019 Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival.
  • The outro features a clip of goofball interviewer Nardwuar the Human Serviette and his 2018 interview with Uzi at Breakout Winter Festival in Vancouver, Canada.
