Live Like A Warrior

Album: Spark Seeker (2012)

  • This empowering anthem was penned by songwriter Jack Knight (Diddy, Jennifer Lopez) with Matisyahu in mind. "It was kind of undeniable," Matisyahu told Billboard magazine. "It just felt right."
  • The song was sparked by the schoolyard bullying that Knight's daughter was struggling with, a feeling the musician felt a younger generation could connect with. Matisyahu told Billboard magazine that he'd dedicated the song to his son, Shalom. "I think that it resonates strong with kids," he said.
