Lola
by Mika

Album: Origin of Love (2012)
  • Mika wrote this song with Ben "FrYars" Garrett, a singer-songwriter that Mika found online and songwriter/producer Jodi Marr, whom Mika also worked with on his two previous albums, including breakthrough single, "Grace Kelly."
  • Discussing the track, Mika said: "We wrote and produced this in the space of 4 hours in a hotel room in Miami. The idea of that groove is simply because it sounded like Fleetwood Mac with a little bit of 'Billie Jean' in there."
