Songfacts®:

  • "Get Higher" is the third single from American rock band Paper Tongues' eponymous debut album. Guitarist Joey Signa told Alternative Addiction that this is one of the most honest tracks on the record. "The song came from a place of inspiration and almost improvisation honestly," he explained. "[When writing that song] we found a certain hook that just caught everyone's ear, and it just really came together. To me, that is one of my favorite songs on the record."
