Songfacts®:

  • "J'adore" has the same sick 2000s rap sound that propelled Strandz to fame with his breakout hit, "Us Against The World." The beats bring back those old-school vibes while Strandz spits some real-talk matters of the heart. He goes hard with his flow, painting a picture of his lavish lifestyle and how much he's into his girl Lola.

"From the start, I was trying to make something to get people moving on the dancefloor, but once I had the melodies layered, I knew it had to be about love," Strandz shared. "The lyrics explore different aspects of a relationship and love in general, and the video reflects that perfectly."
  • Strandz teamed up with his "Us Against The World" collaborator Henry Pritchard to co-produce "J'adore," and brought Lola in for some ad-libs.
  • Alpha Bravo Studios shot the cinematic video across Paris and London. It follows Strandz as he rolls through the streets of Paris to spit some sweet nothings to his girl in the studio. There is a cameo from Balenciaga model Tommi Kumbi and some stylish wardrobe choices, with Strandz and his crew decked out in Diesel, Atre, and Avirex.
