Songfacts®:

  • "Do It" is a reggaeton-based track by Stray Kids with a relaxed and cool attitude, an addictive riff and funky bassline. The lyrics pack a simple thesis: overthinking is a waste of time, and forward motion is better than existential paralysis. "Do it, do it, do it, do it," the chorus insists.
  • The track was conceived during a three-day songwriting camp by Stray Kids' in-house production team 3Racha: Bang Chan, Changbin, and HAN, who teamed up with JBach and Space Primates.

Space Primates are an English DJ/songwriting/production duo. Their other credits include "When I'm Gone" by Katy Perry and "Barbie Dreams" by Fifty Fifty.
  • The song shifts between Korean verses and English choruses. 3Racha described the song as more mature, sexier, and more refined compared to their previous Latin-influenced track, "Chk Chk Boom."
  • Director Jihoon Shin's video for "Do It" begins in a dystopian grayscale Seoul, a city drained of color, where the members pose as modern-day seonin (divine beings) in cowboy hats. Then, like the visual equivalent of that first "do it, do it, do it, do it" firing in your brain, the scene snaps into Technicolor and the choreography erupts.
  • The lead single from Stray Kids' mixtape of the same name, "Do It" was released on November 21, 2025. A remix EP arrived just two days later, stocked with variations like Overdrive with Moonshine and Turbo with Omega, plus sped-up, slowed-down, and instrumental versions.
