  • This track features both Wale and Nas. Whilst Wale previously collaborated with Tyga on the official "Rack City" remix, it was the first time he'd hooked up with Nas. The Young Money spitter told MTV News' Sway on RapFix Live: "I feel like it crosses every angle, and the song is consistent. It doesn't fall off. From my verse to Wale to Nas' verse, it's just a perfect song from beginning to end."
  • The song coincidentally shares its name with a new label that had just been started by Nas. Tyga told Sway: "[Nas] actually has a label called Kings and Queens that he just started, so he was like, it's just cliché that I sent him a song called '[King] and Queens' and he just started a label called Kings and Queens, which is crazy.'"
