  • Vince Gill and Amy Grant were already well-established in their respective music careers by the time they married in 2000, and aside from an occasional duet, they've mostly kept their professional lives separate. "We didn't want to try to be Sonny & Cher," Gill told Off The Record. But the couple made an exception for "What Love Can Bring," an upbeat tune of romantic devotion they wrote for Gill's 2026 Stillwater Night EP. The trick was in learning how to actually collaborate.

"[Amy] said at one point, 'One reason we struggle sometimes to work together is we're both used to having our way.' It was really profound," Gill explained. "So yeah, I had this idea and I was playing it. She goes, 'I like that.' I said, 'Well, help me finish it.' And so, it's always fun when I get to share some creativity with my bride."
  • Despite not wanting to be like Sonny & Cher, Gill and Grant included a nod to the iconic duo's classic "I Got You Babe" in the lyrics: "If I got you, babe, I ain't worried, That's what love can bring."
  • Their daughter, Corrinna, sings backing vocals on the track.
