Songfacts®:

  • Originally released as You Me At Six's debut single in 2007, this was re-released in March 2009 as the fourth single from Take Off Your Colours. The re-released version was a different recording to the original.
  • The video features the band members in a tabloid type talk show, dressing up as antisocial teenagers and disgruntled couples. The clip stars German actor Joerg Stadler, who appeared as captured soldier 'Steamboat Willie' in Saving Private Ryan.

"(YMAS) loved smashing up the studio," director Shane Davey recalled of the shoot. "Probably more than we loved cleaning it up at midnight."
