Songfacts®:

  • "On My Love" is an electro dance-pop track where Zara Larsson celebrates a love that knows no bounds. She is ready to brave the darkest corners and make sacrifices that showcase the depth of her affection and unwavering commitment.

"'On My Love' is about the relationships you have in your life that mean so much to you that you would put everything on them," said Larsson. "Whether that's a platonic relationship, something with a family member, a lover, a friendship or whatever it is - we all need someone that just brings you pure joy, because that's what life is all about."
  • Larsson teamed up with David Guetta for the song. It marks the second collaboration between the Swedish singer and French producer following Guetta's "This One's For You" for UEFA Euro 2016.
  • Larsson and Guetta co-wrote the song with Dewaine Whitmore, Patrick "J Que" Smith, Mat "Castle" Davis, Andre Davidson, Sean Davidson, and the Frenchman's frequent collaborator, Dutch producer Giorgio Tuinfort. Guetta co-produced the track with Tuinfort and Cesqeaux.
  • The video kicks off with an adorable blast from the past as a young Zara Larsson introduces her sister, Hanna Christina Larsson, in Swedish. Hanna then appears from around the corner wearing a cycling helmet.

Fast forward to the present, and the scene shifts to Zara and Hanna revving up on a motorbike adventure, with Hanna sporting a stylish cycling helmet. They later rendezvous with some pals for a swim.
