  • Watching him dash away, swinging an old bouquet (dead roses)
Sake and strange divine Uh-h-h-uh-h-uh you'll make it
Passionate bright young things, takes him away to war (don't fake it)
    Sadden glissando strings
    Uh-h-h-uh-h-uh, you'll make it

    Who'll love Aladdin Sane
Battle cries and champagne just in time for sunrise
    Who'll love Aladdin Sane

Motor sensational, Paris or maybe hell (I'm waiting)
    Clutches of sad remains
Waits for Aladdin Sane you'll make it

    Who'll love Aladdin Sane
Millions weep a fountain, just in case of sunrise
    Who'll love Aladdin Sane

    We'll love Aladdin Sane
    Love Aladdin Sane

    Who'll love Aladdin Sane
Millions weep a fountain, just in case of sunrise
    Who'll love Aladdin Sane

    We'll love Aladdin Sane

  • Alan from Doulting, United KingdomI love the bass on this and the piano work is fantastic. A great song and album.
  • John from Concord, NhClassic, premiere, typical, cherished, worshipped David Bowie. This is the quintessential Bowie song. Not as good as "Queen Bitch," "Space Oddity," "Cracked Actor," or "Fame," but still pretty solid. And agreed: The photo of Bowie on the album cover is purely eccentric and wacked-but it's him...just what you'd expect.
  • Erica from Barrington , IlThis is a War song..."battle cries & champagne, just in case of sunrise.
  • Kenny from Clydebank, ScotlandMy favourite bowie album, Aladdin Sane. 'Drive-in Saturday, Panic in Detroit, Prettiest Star.' Exquisite work. And the photo of bowie on the cover is extraordinary; he really was like a man from another planet.
  • Tricia from Edinburgh, ScotlandMy sister was more into Bowie than me, but the whole Album was great
