  • She's a dancer, a romancer
    I'm a Capricorn and she's a Cancer
She saw my picture in a music magazine

When she met me, said she'd get me
Touched her hips and told me that she'd let me
I took her hand, baby this is what I said

I said baby, baby, don't you hesitate
    'Cause I just can't wait
Lady, won't you take me down to my knees
You can do what you please
    C'mon and love me

    I'm a man, I'm no baby
And you're lookin' every inch a lady
You're good lookin' and you're lookin' like you should be good

You were distant, now you're nearer
I can feel your face inside the mirror
The lights are out and I can feel you, baby, with my hand

So baby, baby, don't you hesitate
    'Cause I just can't wait
Lady, won't you take me down to my knees
You can do what you please
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me

    Baby, baby, don't you hesitate
    'Cause I just can't wait
Lady, won't you take me down to my knees
You can do what you please
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me
    C'mon and love me

  • Montrose from IllinoisThe Elder blows like the wind. Kiss best stuff is from their first 6 albums and Alive versions, and I really like Hotter than Hell the best of those. Like many early Kiss songs this song has a catchy riff. This is good work by Paul although Ace will always be my favorite member. He made their sound.
  • Laurent from Manama, BahrainI love DTK. It is one of the band's very best record. This particular song is really good. Stanley is the heart and soul of KISS, the real artist in the band. He deserves much more kudos and credibility that what he receives. A true legend.
  • Jason from Aurora, CoI agree with Norman,Decatur,IL. The Elder is a great album. KISS needs to play this album in it's entirety live!
  • Gary from Springfield, MoThat's Paul Stanley playing the lead break on the opening to this song.
  • Axeman from Melbourne, AustraliaSome GOOD tracks on Dressed to Kill!
  • Axeman from Melbourne, AustraliaSome GOOD tracks on Dressed to Kill!
  • Cam from Cambridge, CanadaIn 1975 KISS did a couple promos of this song and rock and roll all nite. The day after the shooting for the promos they took the picture of KISS Alive! on the same stage as the promos wearing the same costumes.
  • Norman from Decatur, IlFrank, How can you say this is an under-rated album.
Unless you are refering to the Destroyer album as being the biggest one. I prefer the ELDER actually, due to the early opera style as with QUEENSRYCHE Operation mindcrime, and Tommy from THE WHO
  • AnonymousThis album was released in 1975.This was the bands 3rd album before they exploded with "alive" I agree that "lover her all I can" and "rock n roll all night" are smooth and tight! Dont forget about "she" What a great song! I would say that this is one of the bands best records Mike Crater From pottstown pa
  • Andrew from TorontoI agree with Frank from Staten Island. This album is catchy and moves along at a great pace with well written pop songs and very melodic accoustic guitar backing a lot of these tracks,C,mon N Love me,Love Her All I Can,Getaway and of course Rock N Roll All Nite.Need I say more? One of their best,in my opinion.
  • Tom from Fishkill, NyMy first band "Rundal" did a smoking cover of this tune. I especially love the line: "You were distant, now you?re nearer
I can feel your face inside the mirror
The lights are out and I can feel you, baby, with my hand"
  • Frank from Staten Island , NyA great song from a very under-rated album. Dressed To Kill is one of the band's best. This song is so cocky and cool. Paul Stanley is at his best!
