  • Barry from Sauquoit, NyOn December 14, 1985, OMD (a.k.a. Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark) performed "So In Love" on the ABC-TV Saturday afternoon program, 'American Bandstand'...
    At the time "So In Love" was at position #83 on Billboard's Top 100 chart, five weeks earlier it had peaked at #26 {for 2 weeks} and it spent seventeen weeks on the Top 100..
    And on the same 'Bandstand' show OMD also performed "Secret", at the time "Secret" was in it's first week on Billboard's Top 100 chart at position #91, seven weeks later it would peak at #63 {for 2 weeks} and it stayed on the Top 100 for thirteen weeks.
