  • It feels so right now, hold me tight
Tell me I'm the only one
    And then I might
    Never be the lonely one
So hold (hold) me tight (me tight)
    Tonight (tonight), tonight (tonight)
    It's you, you you you

    Hold me tight
Let me go on loving you
    Tonight, tonight
    Making love to only you
So hold (hold) me tight (me tight)
    Tonight (tonight), tonight (tonight)
    It's you, you you you

Don't know what it means to hold you tight
Being here alone tonight with you
It feels so right now, so

    Hold me tight
Tell me I'm the only one
    And then I might
    Never be the lonely one
So hold (hold) me tight (me tight)
    Tonight (tonight), tonight (tonight)
    It's you, you you you

Don't know what it means to hold you tight
Being here alone tonight with you
It feels so right now, so

    Hold me tight
Let me go on loving you
    Tonight, tonight
    Making love to only you
So hold (hold) me tight (me tight)
    Tonight (tonight), tonight (tonight)
    It's you, you you you

  • Don from Sevierville, TnForrest, the 2nd song, also titled Hold Me Tight, was the first song in the closing medley on the Wings 1973 album, Red Rose Speedway. I actually heard the Wings song first.
  • Nikolai from Los Angeles, CaThis song really could have used a few more takes, everything in it sounds a little sloppy.
  • George from Belleville, NjI think this is a cool pop rock song with a driving rhythm and beat and moves steadily with Paul sounding almost off key at times, but it gives the song an edge to it,something different as you listen to it.
  • Bap from Pittsburgh, PaHave to agree with the "Across The Universe" version. I always liked the song. The version from the movie sung by Evan Rachel Wood kicks butt !!!
  • Catresse from Lawrenceville, GaNot all the songs are based on love lifes...just songs that sound good and are put on albums.
  • Barry from New York, NcA lesser-known Beatles song? I don't think so. Most Beatles fans know this one. It's on a major album and there for everyone to hear. Doesn't get as much FM airplay as some other songs, but I know it well.
  • Dave from Sterling, FlI love the singing on this. What planet are you from? I never heard Mcartney sing quite like this. Its sort of a punk garage band voice. It fits the song perfectly.
  • Brian from Boston, MaTaylor, I guess it's just a matter of personal taste, but I don't know how you can say the vocals in this song are awful.
  • Kayla from Nashville, TnTHE BEATLES RULE AND ALWAYS WILL NO MATTER WHAT!!!
    I LOVE THIS SONG!!!
  • John from Dundee, United KingdomHi Chloe,
    Way before Linda.
Jane Asher was the 'belle' at the time.
  • Forrest from Rochester, MnPaul wrote two songs called "Hold Me Tight", one for the Beatles, and one as a solo artist, and I used to think he missed the mark on both of them. I never liked the Beatles' "Hold Me Tight" until I heard the "Across The Universe" version. Great!
  • Chloe from Powell, OhI LOVE this song!!! [[: was it about pauls wife Linda?? annd Taylor I dont kno why but I love the vocals on this song!! I guess im just weird....?
  • Taylor from Manchester, EnglandThough the vocals on this tune are awful but the guitar sound is very distorted by 1963 standards.
  • Teresa from Mechelen, BelgiumI love the version of "The Treasures". It's produced by Phil Spector and you can find it on his "Back to Mono" cd-box. With Phil Spector every song becomes beautiful, wonderful, top, perfect. Phil Spector is so talented, I love him very much.
