  • This magic moment, so different and so new
Was like any other until I kissed you
And then it happened, it took me by surprise
I knew that you felt it too, by the look in your eyes

    Sweeter than wine
    Softer than the summer night
    Everything I want, I have
    Whenever I hold you tight

This magic moment while your lips are close to mine
Will last forever, forever 'till the end of time

    (Magic, magic) oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
    (Magic, magic) oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
    (Magic, magic) uh-uh-uh-uh-uh

    Sweeter than wine
    Softer than the summer night
    Everything I want, I have
    Whenever I hold you tight

This magic moment while your lips are close to mine
Will last forever, forever 'till the end of time

    (Magic, magic) Whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh
    Magic moment (magic, magic)
    Magic moment (magic, magic)

  • Barry from Sauquoit, NyGreat song; can't believe it only reached No. 16 on the Top 100. My 2nd favorite Drifter's record, the 1st being "There Goes My Baby". I remember when I first heard "There Goes My Baby" I was completely bowled over by the violins playing it the background, who would have have believed it, violins on a pop record!!!!
