Accepting Terms of Service

By using Songfacts.com ("Songfacts", the "Service") you signify your agreement to these terms of service. Songfacts reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms at any time.


About The Service

Songfacts has a team of writers and researchers, and also provides forums for discussion based on music and related topics, and areas for users to comment on songs and artists. Songfacts grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents. No portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent.

Songfacts has no control over such sites and resources; you acknowledge and agree that Songfacts is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.


Copyright Complaints

If you believe that your work has been displayed on Songfacts in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your copyright rights have otherwise been violated in connection with the Service, please provide Songfacts' Copyright Agent with:

1) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2) A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing.
