After losing Andy in 1988 and Maurice in 2003, Barry Gibb's last surviving brother Robin passed away of kidney and liver failure in 2012. This poignant track is dedicated to him. "I will never forget being a kid, " Barry told The Sun. "Even when I am 90 years old I will still feel like a kid in my mind and that is what I always used to say to Robin. It is happening right now, enjoy it."
"What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes has endured as one of the most popular songs of the '90s, but it wasn't a huge hit at the time and the band split after one album. Frontwoman Linda Perry went on to write hits for Pink and Christina Aguilera.
"Bittersweet Symphony" by The Verve samples an obscure orchestral arrangement of the 1965 Rolling Stones song "The Last Time." The Verve had to sign away most of the royalties before they could release the song.
