This song was penned by Cole Swindell, Jaren Johnston, Jesse Frasure and the Florida Georgia Line duo of Brian Kelley, Tyler Hubbard. It is both the title song and closing track of Billy Currington's sixth studio album. The singer explained that he named the record after this tune, "partly because it's my life – summer and sunshine, beach, ocean and all that – and I think some of the songs on the album reflect that, and it just felt like a great title."
