Sad Song

Album: Hearbreak On Vinyl (2009)
  • This is the first single from American singer-songwriter and American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis' second album, Hearbreak On Vinyl.
  • The 1940s film-noir style music video, which tells the story of the end of a couple's relationship, stars Lewis and Casey Carlson, who was also a Season 8 American Idol contestant.
  • Lewis explained on his official blog that that album title, "is an ode to all the record stores that have been closing down due to my industry eating itself. These are the stores that brought inspiration to all of us music lovers and have led me to make the music I create today."
