  • This was produced by Rick Rubin, who has worked with artists in a variety of genres, including Run-D.M.C., the Dixie Chicks and The Mars Volta. Rubin took an interest in Glenn Danzig after seeing him perform with his band Samhain. When Glenn formed the band Danzig, Rubin signed on as producer. The first Danzig album appeared in 1988.
