  • Morrison's partner Gill was pregnant with their first child whilst the singer-songwriter was penning the Songs For You, Truths For Me album. He explained to The Sun September 25, 2008 that this track written, "for my baby. I was so excited when I found out I was going to be a dad. I'm talking to Gill's stomach saying I'm going to be the best dad in the world, whatever it takes."
