  • Jewel wrote this break-up song back in 1992 when she was a teenager after she became fascinated with picking a moment in time and writing about it from every angle.
  • This, like the rest of the album was produced by former Lonestar bass player John Rich, who later became one half of the duo Big & Rich.
  • This was co-written by Marv Green who is best known for co-penning Lonestar's 1999 chart-topper "Amazed" and Carrie Underwood's hit song "Wasted."
