"He's a producer, and someone had actually sent the song to him for an artist that he's working with," she explained to Billboard magazine. "He played it for me and said 'You should cut this. It would be really neat for a girl to sing.' I listened to it, and I loved the way it makes you feel. It's just a feel good song."
