Frontwoman Becky Blomfield told Kerrang the background to this track:
"It's an angry song I wrote while I was sat next to the person it's actually about on a very long drive after our lives were put at risk in someone else's hands. I was sick of hearing that apathetic bulls--t when they didn't know what it was to being in the real world and to really be fending for yourself."
The Naughty by Nature hit "O.P.P." doesn't have any curse words, but many oversensitive radio stations played a "clean" version with the word "kitten" edited out, surely the first time that word was censured.
"The Night Chicago Died" was written and recorded by the British group Paper Lace. They talk about Al Capone in the song, but got a lot of details wrong - understandable since they wrote it based on gangster movies.
