This is a bonus track on the US release of Nashville-based alternative rock band Mona's self-titled debut album. "'The Tally' is a song about the whirlwind of the opposite sex that you may meet on the road," lead singer Nick Brown told Spinner. "The ups and downs of people's quality or intentions: The chase, the fantasy and the bittersweet fact that it's never what it seems."
Ronnie Dunn wrote "Boot Scootin' Boogie" before he teamed up with Kix Brooks to form Brooks & Dunn. It was originally recorded by the country group Asleep At The Wheel, but Brooks & Dunn did it themselves when it got its own line dance.
