  • If you've ever wondered what happens when you take a soaring, orchestral Florence + The Machine anthem and inject it with a potent dose of classic house music, Manchester-based producer Morgan Seatree has the answer. His remix, "Say My Name," reimagines Florence's 2011 track "Spectrum" through a dancefloor-ready, electro-pop lens, blending old-school Chicago house grooves with a modern, club-friendly pulse.
  • Seatree's take on "Spectrum" might have remained a well-kept DJ secret had it not landed in the hands of Marlon Hoffstadt and Malugi, who played it during their Bank Holiday Boiler Room set in summer 2024. The crowd's reaction - somewhere between euphoric frenzy and spiritual awakening - convinced Seatree to make the remix official. After teasing it online in July 2024, he finally released it on December 6, setting the stage for what would become an unexpected chart success. By February 2025, "Say My Name" had broken into the UK Singles Chart, aided by support from several big-name DJs, including Sonny Fodera and Swedish House Mafia.
  • Florence + The Machine's original version of "Spectrum" was a sweeping, cinematic blend of orchestral pop, dance-pop, and disco. Then came Calvin Harris, whose uptempo electro-house remix propelled it to the top of the UK Singles Chart, marking the band's first #1 hit. Seatree's interpretation, however, takes the song down a different path - one paved with pulsing basslines, club lights, and the unmistakable feeling that you should probably stay out just one more hour.
