Arabesque

Album: Imaginaerum (2011)

Songfacts®:

  • The Imaginaerum album was produced alongside a film of the same name, which shares the same general storyline and this instrumental was constructed by Nightwish keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen especially for a scene needed in the movie. He told Metal Hammer magazine: "'Arabesque' is a catharsis to 'Scaretale,' and it's one of the scenes that the movie desperately needed, so that's why it's there."
