This is a tender acoustic and piano-based duet between Doherty and Scottish singer Dot Allison, who also co-wrote the track. Babyshambles' Drew McConnell's played the stand-up bass and piano on this song.
Doherty explained that lyrically this was inspired by the poet Peter "Wolfman" Wolfe, who, "got with a friend and I was happy for them, but worried for her. He's like, 'I don't want to be the 'Sheepskin Tearaway.' But he is."
This song previously featured on Babyshambles' live DVD Up The Shambles.
