Celebrate

Album: Penguins of Madagascar (2014)
  • Recorded for the Penguins of Madagascar computer-animated movie, this song is built around the hook from Rare Earth's 1971 hit tune "I Just Want to Celebrate."
  • The song's music video was filmed by Pitbull's frequent collaborator, Venezuelan-born, Miami-based director David Rousseau. It features the rapper jet-setting around the globe on his private plane before hitting the studio with Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private.
  • The song was co-written by Charlie Puth. It was one of the first co-writing credits for the New Jersey native, a year before he released his debut single "Marvin Gaye."
