  • RaeLynn has been driving the same vehicle since she was 18 years old. Penned by the singer with fellow artists Canaan Smith and Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard plus Corey Crowder, this bright and breezy summer anthem finds her recalling some of the shenanigans she and her Ford F-150 got into when she was a teenager.

Mama don't need to know everything
Some things you keep to yourself
Like dumb things you do when you're seventeen on the DL
    If that tailgate ever tells
I'll be the small talk of the town

RaeLynn explained: "I got to thinking about all the trouble I'd have been in with mama and dad if that truck ever told a secret on me. I think everyone remembers that first car or truck and all the secrets it kept for them growing up."
  • RaeLynn used her truck when she moved from her home state of Texas to Nashville and since then it has been her staple in Music City. It suddenly hit the singer that she'd never written a song about her truck before. She told The Boot:

"It has so many stories to tell, and if my tailgate told on me, I don't know if my mama would be too excited, but hey, it's okay."
  • So what did RaeLynn's parents think when they first heard the song? According to the singer they thought, "it's just Rae being Rae," but they still loved it.
