Songfacts®:

  • Rihanna released this weed-centric interlude from her eighth album "in celebration of 420." April 20th (420) is a counterculture holiday in North America, where people gather to celebrate and consume cannabis.

The 70-second track was actually posted a day late on April 21, 2015 – Rihanna's people must have got stoned on the 20th and forgot about it.

It was later included as a track on Rihanna's Anti album, where its short length meant it was seen more as an interlude.
  • The song was named after co-writer James Fauntleroy. He confirmed on Twitter that the track was named for him.
