Songfacts®:

  • This stripped-back rock ballad finds Rosé mourning the end of a relationship. The BlackPink singer is heartbroken, especially as her ex has moved on and is seeing someone else. She relays her mixed feelings, hating the guy for the way he used and dumped her but still grieving the fact that "all my love is go-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-one."
  • Rosé wrote the song with the Korean-American songwriter Brian Lee (Fifth Harmony's "Work from Home," Camila Cabello's "Havana") and with J. Lauryn and YG Entertainment's in-house producer, Teddy Park.

Brian Lee also helmed the track alongside the Korean producer 24.
  • Rosé first recorded the moody rock track back in the late 2010s when rumor had it the title was "Love Is Gone." She debuted the song live during Blackpink's online concert The Show on January 31, 2021.
  • Rosé included the song as the B-side to "On The Ground," her debut single. She sings both tracks in English.
  • The video finds Rosé dealing with the turmoil of a failed relationship. The singer journeys on an emotional roller coaster as she looks back at both happy and sad moments of the romance.
