Songfacts®:

  • Sia penned this song about a defiant, all-consuming romance with her frequent collaborator, Australian producer Samuel Dixon. Other tunes penned by the pair include Sia's tune "Clap Your Hands," which was nominated for Best Single at the 2010 ARIA Music Awards and "Bound to You," sung by Christina Aguilera in the 2010 movie, Burlesque, which was nominated for the 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.
  • This song's fiery music video was directed by Italian photographer Francesco Carrozzini, whose previous credits include Beyoncé's "Jealous" and Lana Del Rey's "Ultraviolence." It stars model Heidi Klum and actor Pedro Pascal (he played Oberyn Martell on Game of Thrones) as a couple caught up in a steamy love affair. Klum told MTV News that she wasn't initially at ease with the love scenes. "I guess it is always strange when you meet someone for the first time and within 5 minutes, you are tongue-kissing that person. Very odd," she said. "He was like, action and boom, he was right there. It took me a few takes to get more comfortable."

Klum's character appear to get off on pyromania just as much as she does on her lover. At the end of the video we see her set fire to her home, then walks out of the burning house wearing Sia's blonde wig. "The wig is iconic and that was something Sia really wanted me to wear," she explained. "I love wearing wigs and wearing her wig, her iconic wig."
