Welcome to Your Wedding Day

Album: All At Once (2011)

Songfacts®:

  • Death encompasses much of The Airborne Toxic Event's second album All At Once and this is one of two songs on the set that discusses outside involvement in the Middle East. The lyrics of this track were inspired by a report that frontman Mikel Jollett came across of a bomb that went off during a wedding in Afghanistan, killing the bride and several others.
