  • According to Wither, this song questions whether the God of the Christians is really "a religious bigot." In other words, would He be so unforgiving as to send a good person to Hell just because of whatever god/goddess they followed in order to be a good person? The question is deep, and it's hard to tell how Wither answers it in the end. >>
