  • I see your dirty face, high behind your collar
What is done in vain, truth is hard to swallow
    So you pray to God
To justify the way you live a lie, live a lie, live a lie
And you take your time and you do your crime
Well you made your bed, I'm in mine

    Because when I arrive
I bring the fire, make you come alive
I can take you higher what this is, forgot?
I must now remind you let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

    Now the son's disgraced
    He, who knew his father
    When he cursed his name
    Turned, and chased the dollar
    But it broke his heart
So he stuck his middle finger
To the world, to the world to the world
And you take your time and you stand in line
Well you'll get what's yours, I got mine

    Because when I arrive
I bring the fire, make you come alive
I can take you higher what this is, forgot?
I must now remind you let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

    Yeah! Wayne's world
    Planet Rock, panties drop
And the tops and she gonna rock 'til the camera stop
And I sing about angels like Angela (rock) and Pamela (rock)
And Samantha (rock) and Amanda and Tamara
I'm in here up like bitch what's up
Mechanic, me, I can fix you up
I can fuck you up, I can fuck you down
Shorty we can go wherever just pick a town
And the jewelry is louder than an engine sound
Big ass rocks like on the ground
Dirty like socks that's on the ground, Weezy

    Because when I arrive
I bring the fire, make you come alive
I can take you higher what this is, forgot?
I must now remind you let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

    Because when I arrive
I bring the fire, make you come alive
I can take you higher what this is, forgot?
I must now remind you let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

    Just let it rock
Let it rock, let it rock, let it rock, let it rock

I'm back like I forgot something, I'm something
    Rollin' Rock rubbing rap running
Miles like I'm trying to get a flat stomach
    Like Wayne the personal trainer
My aim is perfect I'll fuck ya, period, like the reminder

I wish I could be, as cruel as you
And I wish I could say, the things you do
But I can't and I won't live a lie, no not this time Writer/s: DWAYNE CARTER, KEVIN RUDOLF

  • Haunted Texas from TexasThis song gives me the creeps. I was awaken by it at 3 am my radio was not on. in 2008 when I was in college. I believe the apartment I lived in was haunted. Even my roommate had experiences. I don't think this song means anything good. Be careful listening to this. It's not a party song or a workout song. The meaning is deeper more darker than people think.
  • Michelle from WyomingTimmy, you bozo, take this L + ratio + YB better
  • Jennifer from Cheyenne WyomingAllowed me have your own music I love to listen muxic
  • Jay from Indianapolis, Indiana, InTimmy, just because someone is a rapper means they're fake? I'm not a big rap fan myself, but that statement seems a bit ridiculous. (Generalization much?) And why would seeing Lil Wayne with a guitar make you angry? Wayne isn't the best guitarist, but he is learning and has performed solos in several of his songs.

You also seem to have a problem with Wayne being in the video. Umm, in case no one informed you of this, Wayne is in the video because he not only signed Kevin to his label, but he HELPED PRODUCE THE SONG! Both of them are great artists and produced a great song.
  • Shawn from Prescott, AzLet It Rock love the song I bought the clean version its better clean trust Me Let It Rock I do Hate how fake The music video Is.
  • Richard from Wall, Nji think it's about lying about who you really are to impress someone popular like the last line
    I wish I could be
    As cool as you
And I wish I could say
    The things you do
    But I can't and I won't live a lie
    No not this time
  • Josh from Omaha, NeTHIS SONG ROCK SO JUST LET IT ROCK WE'LL BE OK
  • Fatima from Norfolk, Vayou're funny, timmy.
  • Timmy from Mukilteo, Wai watched the video of this song. to me it was very insulting because im a huge rock and roll fun, and when i saw lil wayne with a guitar it made me really mad.

i thought it was funny how he wants to expose all the music fakes, so he had lil wayne on the video? hes a rapper, he is a fake.
    how ironic.
this guy kevin rudolf contradicts himself and its disgusting

  • Linda from Thetenthkingdom, IlMaurice danced to this on Dancing With the stars
