  • Reuben Raya from East Los AngelesAnyone who calls their Hispanic brothers a pocho/pocha needs to gtfoh with that intercultural racist bulls--t. I’m a Mexican American that can’t speak Spanish that well, so the f--k what puta? See I know some, chavala.
  • Chamaco from ..., NcChiapas, Mexico is a beautiful and rich country that is full of rich minerals, raw materials, forest and jungles, and food, but with a very poor population. Well poor in a way of no home,no food, or no clothes, not anymore, but the country is still very poor for its debt. The reason why Chiapas is so poor is because, many rich landlords, bourgeois, and other folks took advantage of the people living in Chiapas. Who (landlords, bourgeois, etc.) ran away quickly with almost all the money from Chipas and left not a penny for anyone like Dictator F. Batista of Cuba. In fact In fact, Zac de la Roche supports the EZLN all the way till the capitalist sun falls. Also almost the whole population of Chiapas is indigenous that everyone speaks one of the differnet many indigenous languages (such Mayan, Zapoteco, Ch'ol, and many more.
  • Lilbasschick from Los Angeles, CaRATM always has great songs about things that matter, and some things are so obscure but they truly are important..that's a cool combination.
  • Heckthor from Guadalajara, MexicoThe songs describes the Genocide against the Mexicans, By all the Us Governmentduring the chicano revolution, and the Murders of the Indigenous people of southern Mexico, the margination and lack of attention by the PRI (Revulitionary Institutional Party)political party that governed mexico until 2 presidents ago, and used it to enrich themselves while forgetting the indigenous tribes that don't speak spanish and were ignored until Marcos from EZLN Ejercito Zapatista de Liberacion Nacional, which took its name from Zapata (another Rage song), one of the last revolutionaries that wanted equality of rights for "indians" and criollos.
  • Pk from Sedalia, MoMy friend Pedro is a Mexican. I played this song for him once and he thought it was the coolest thing ever, now he loves Rage. If I remember right, the EZLN is fighting poverty in Mexico and also fighting for a better life there, if I'm right on that then I'm all behind them.
  • Mike from Selden, Nyerik, why dont you open your mind and stop basing your discriminitory logic on stereotypes, its people like you that make me hate being American, its people like you that make people in other countries think americans are racist imbred morons, its people like you that make me want to move to france.
  • Eric from San Francisco, CaJust to clue you in a little there Erik, Zach de la Rocha is a Mexican-American himself. Here's a thought, why don't you try to learn Spanish? You are just as bad as the pigs that are in uniform and holding office, too ignorant to understand that our brothers and sisters are suffering all over the world. I say brothers and sisters because no matter what color, we are all still human no better than the next man or woman.
  • Sam from Cambridge, Ontario, CanadaThis song is about the EZLN and their revolutionary conflict in Chiapas, Mexico.
  • Kenny from Miami, FlThis song is aboout chicano teens who they r discriminated against for being mexican they find guns and gangs to rebel against the society that doesnt accept them

There is a referance to the Zoot Suit Riots in Los Angeles in this song as follows:
"Troops strippin' zoots, shots of red mist,
Sailors blood on tha deck, come sista resist
From tha era of terror check this photo lens,
Now tha city of angels does the ethnic cleanse"
The Zoot Suit Riot was a conflict between Returning American servicemen from WW2 and the Mexican Zoot Suiters
