Songfacts®:

  • "Mi Persona Favorita," which translates to "My Favorite Person," is a feel-good Latin pop song that highlights all of the beautiful qualities a person has. Sanz wrote the tune for his 4-year-old daughter, Alma.
  • The song is a duet with Camila Cabello. The collab came about when Sanz invited the Cuban-American singer to Miami in the summer of 2018 to record the song and film the music video together. When Sanz asked Cabello who her favorite person is, she replied, "My little sister."
  • The music video shows both singers having a good time at the recording studio as well as scenes of different people with their favorite person. Sanz told Billboard the clip is "an homage to love in all its breadth, diversity and enriching complexity."
