  • Carín León is a Mexican singer-songwriter and guitarist who specializes in the regional Mexican genre. He began his musical journey as a member of the band Los Reales, later forming his own band, Grupo Arranke. In 2018, he embarked on a solo career and released his debut album, Amanecida Con Todo Y Con Todos, by the end of that year. León first appeared on a Billboard chart when his 2019 single "Me La Avente" peaked at #16 on Hot Latin Songs.

This collaboration with Grupo Frontera marked his first entry on the Hot 100 chart.
  • "Que Vuelvas" means "That you return." The suave Tejano track finds Leon yearning for a lost love. He is too proud to beg a woman to come back, as he doesn't want to humiliate himself. But he misses her and wants her to return.
  • Mexican songwriter/producer Edgar Barrera wrote and produced "Que Vuelvas." He also co-penned Grupo Frontera's collaboration with Fuerza Regia, "Bebe Dame."
  • Carin León released "Que Vuelvas" on December 9, 2022, via BorderKid/Sony Music Latin. It arrived on the Hot 100 dated January 7, 2023, thanks to its popularity on TikTok. Hundreds of thousands of TikTokkers used a portion of the track for clips on the platform.
