Songfacts®:

  • Carolina Liar are a Swedish-American pop/rock band based in Los Angeles. Frontman and songwriter Chad Wolf explained on the record label's site that this song "came from thinking about losing my job, having a relationship go sour, and the anticipation of knowing that your life is going to change. But it also came from the realization that the past isn't going to change. You have no power over it, so you have to learn to just deal with it."
  • Coming to Terms was produced by Swedish production legend Max Martin (Pink, Britney Spears).
