• This song is the first single from the American Heavy Metal band Godsmack's fifth studio album, The Oracle. It debuted on the Hot 100 at #74, the band's third appearance on the chart after "Straight Out of Line" in 2003, and "Speak" in 2006.
• In a video posted on Rockpit, frontman Sully Erna said he is reluctant to say specifically who the song is about, "because I don't want to throw anyone under the bus." He added, "It was more about just being fed up with prima donnas and certain rock stars in this industry that still feel they can push people around and are still relevant even though its been about 20 years since they've had their big moment." But the singer admitted one particular person gave him the idea for the song after hearing this person whine about certain things, which got on his nerves.
  
  Erna later admitted in a video webisode for The Oracle that the song was inspired by events of the 2009 Crüe Fest 2 tour, on which Godsmack appeared alongside headliners Mötley Crüe. Erna told Artisan News Service at the time, "There's definitely been some rock-star garbage on this tour that we just have never seen in our career. This was the first time that I felt like, 'You know what?! If there's gonna be some people that are gonna treat other people a certain way, then I'm gonna go out there every night and make sure that we make you look old and fat, and go home with a nice big fat paycheck."HardDrive Radio described the lyrics as "a slam on Mötley Crüe bass player Nikki Sixx," but this has yet to be confirmed by anyone in Godsmack.
• It was drummer Shannon Larkin who came up with the song title. He told Pop Culture Madness: "I gave the title to Sully after watching Philip Rivers crying on the sideline after a San Diego Chargers loss. What can I say, I'm a huge Raiders fan. Sully took the title and wrote the lyrics, and only he can say what (or whom) he was writing about - but fans can certainly make it about whomever they feel are bitches in their lives."
