Songfacts®:

  • The third and final single from Jake Owen's debut album, Startin' with Me, the singer wrote the cut with Bob Regan (Keith Urban's "Your Everything"). It was produced by Jimmy Ritchey.
  • The song was inspired by Owen watching his girlfriend while she was applying suntan lotion during a beach trip. "I think that was the first time in my life, just by looking at a woman... that's when I first really went from a guy who just liked girls to really seeing what it was that makes you respect and see the beauty of a woman," he told The Boot. "And that's what this song's all about: It's about the beauty and that something that women possess that drives us boys crazy."
