Songfacts®:

  • "Strong Enough" is a team-up between Jonas Brothers and American country music singer-songwriter Bailey Zimmerman. It's a mid-tempo pop song that incorporates elements of country and Americana. The lyrics paint a picture of a group of friends unwinding in a bar at the end of a long week. Instead of heading home, they decide to continue partying until the morning breaks.
  • The collaboration came about after Bailey Zimmerman randomly met the Jonas Brothers in Boston. They invited him to their show after he played Boston's Fenway Park with Morgan Wallen. "Three weeks later the Jonas Brothers send me a song," Zimmerman explained to Taste Of Country. "And then all of a sudden I'm on like a text chat with Nick, Joe and Kevin. We were like talking about it and then now we have a song coming out."

It was released as a single through Republic Records on November 10, 2023.
  • Producers the Monsters & Strangerz (Jordan K. Johnson and Stefan Johnson), Jon Bellion and Kid Harpoon wrote the song alongside songwriters Michael Pollack and Amy Allen. Mick Jagger and Keith Richards also receive credits because the chorus interpolates The Rolling Stones' 1981 hit "Start Me Up."
  • Joe Jonas' DNCE bandmates, drummer Jack Lawless and guitarist JinJoo Lee, play on the track, as does Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine.
